People talking in front of development posters The Council on Foreign Relations needed someone who could look at issues in China from many perspectives. They turned to John McHugh ('18), who studied in the Hamilton Lugar School's program on China and Asia. During her time at IU, International Studies major Dana Khabbaz ('17) was co-president of the university's United Nations Association, an intern with Human Rights Watch, and an activist for Syrian refugees.
